Raleigh Founded

Raleigh Founded fosters inclusive communities of entrepreneurs who create lasting economic and social impact. Raleigh Founded offers physical, co-working space with several locations in Raleigh that is designed to provide an environment that empowers, fosters, and cultivates companies that produce long-term job growth and positive social impact. Currently, the start-up hub features over 100,000 square feet of space.

Loading Dock Raleigh

Loading Dock serves as a co-working community for people of all walks of professions and in every stage of development – creative, start up, established, freelance -- seeking a feasible and inspiring place to build, gather, network, and share resources and knowledge.

The Assembly

The Assembly is a shared studio space and platform for independent creatives, located in Raleigh's warehouse district.

BLDG Co.
Located in the historic Boylan Heights arts neighborhood, just west of downtown Raleigh, BLDG Co. is an open and shared workspace of community-minded people and business.

First Wave
First Wave is a small-scale aseptic food co-packing and a working pilot facility for SinnovaTek and SinnoVita technologies. The space and food processing equipment can be rented for a day at a time with the capability to produce small or large batches of sustainable food products.

Industrious

Nest
Nest Raleigh is a co-working space that offers communal workspace, dedicated desks and private suites for startups across all industries.
