Our instructor, Lawrence Bivins, will be teaching how to strengthen your core, improve your posture, and increase flexibility with this full-body Pilates workout.
Using controlled movements and focused breathing, you’ll build long, lean muscles and enhance body awareness. Modifications and progressions can be provided.
