This all-level modern/contemporary dance class focused on creative movement, basic technique, and self-expression.
You’ll be guided by an instructor to try different movements, focusing on smooth flow, and you’ll learn short dance sequences. This class offers a welcoming space for community members to move, connect, and express themselves while improving strength, flexibility, coordination, and creativity.
No prior dance experience required.
