Raleigh Parks will host a virtual public session on Tuesday, Feb. 10, at 6 p.m. to share information about the City’s upcoming application to the Parks and Recreation Trust Fund (PARTF) for Neuse River Park. The session will focus on the grant scope, timeline, and ways the community can support the application.
PARTF is North Carolina’s competitive grant program administered by the N.C. Division of Parks and Recreation. It provides matching funds to local governments for acquiring land, building or renovating parks and recreation facilities, and expanding public access to waterways and outdoor recreation. PARTF projects are selected based on public benefit, alignment with local plans, site quality, accessibility, and long‑term stewardship.
