Project Overview

As part of the 2022 Parks Bond referendum, the Sertoma Arts Center will undergo extensive renovations and an expansion to address building improvement needs and accommodate its growing program demands.

The project includes the renovation and expansion of the facility, along with associated site improvements. The project includes a new vestibule and lobby area, a new gallery space, a new ceramics studio, along with administrative spaces and storage. The existing facility renovations will include the painting studio, the relocation of the jewelry and fibers studios, a new youth ceramics studio, addition of an elevator, and improved restrooms and locker areas.

Currently, construction is expected to begin in the Summer of 2026. Specific information about the closing dates and temporary programming relocation will be forthcoming.
