Vote for Raleigh's 2024 Tree of the Year

Vote for Raleigh's Tree of the Year 2024! The tree with the most votes on April 19 at 5:00 p.m. will receive a certificate. A yard sign is provided to the property owner/ or placed near the tree if it is located on the City property. Please note previous winners aren’t eligible to win again.

Voting will begin on April 12 and end on April 18 at 5 p.m.

Nestled between Park Shops and Page Hall on NC State’s campus, a ginkgo tree — lovingly dubbed “The Tree” by students — has captured the hearts of the Wolfpack with its magnificent fall transformation. (A tree with a cult following? Color us surprised.)
