This is the final season for loose-leaf collection. Rake your leaves into a single pile at the curb on your scheduled collection day so crews can pick them up.
How it Works
Rake leaves into a neat pile in the area between the curb and the sidewalk.
Make sure piles do not block sidewalks, driveways, or mailboxes.
Crews will collect your leaves on your zone's scheduled day.
This is the last season for loose-leaf collection. Starting in Fall 2026, loose-leaf collection will be replaced with weekly yard waste pickup. That means 26 extra pickups each year for your leaves, grass clippings, and small yard trimmings.
The new weekly service will keep streets and storm drains clear and make collection more reliable. It will also help the City use crews more efficiently and focus on other important services. Learn more about this change.
