Community Group Reservations

Office of Community Engagement

On February 7, City Council voted to allow Citizen Advisory Councils access to five community centers for an interim period beginning March 1, 2023.  Following this interim period, additional community groups will also have access to a set of community centers free of charge as well as assistance with mailers, capacity building, staff support and more. Examples of groups that may qualify for these resources in the future include, but are not limited to:

  • social groups;
  • student groups; 
  • small non-profits; 
  • citizen’s advisory councils; and, 
  • affinity groups.

How to Request a Meeting Space

Complete this Reservation Request Form to submit your request. Requests must be submitted at least two weeks in advance of the requested date. Please allow three to four business days after submitting the form for the Office of Community Engagement to provide confirmation of your request.
