The Community Relations Program is designed to build and strengthen positive relationships between the City of Raleigh and the various communities it serves by fostering mutual understanding, cultivating transformative and empowering dialogue, identifying resources to address needs, supporting key partnerships, and promoting collaboration directly with the community to enhance social, economic, and cultural well-being.
