The City of Raleigh and Monteith Construction invite principal trade and specialty contractors to learn about bid opportunities for the Sertoma Arts Center Improvements Project. This session will cover project scope, bid packages, and prequalification requirements. This project includes grading, utilites, storm drainage, paving, landscaping, and fencing - along with partial demolition and renovation of the existing two-story arts center and construction of a enw one-story addition.
