Participants learn about local government services in Raleigh and Wake County through this free series of classes sponsored by the Neighborhood Enrichment Services Division.
Benefits
Raleigh Neighborhood College (RNC) offers participants the tools to become actively involved in neighborhood and community organizations. Many graduates serve as a resource for their neighbors or go on to become leaders in local neighborhood organizations.
Students meet Raleigh and Wake County staffers who provide an inside look at the services and programs offered by the City of Raleigh and Wake County.

Applications for Spring 2024 are now being accepted.
The Spring 2024 session will offer two options to choose from: Virtual Thursday, 10:30 - 12 (limit to 10 students); and in-person Thursday, 5:30 - 8 pm (limit 25 students). Graduation takes place at the end of the last class.
