Anything But Still

Raleigh Arts is pleased to announce the "Anything But Still" exhibition will be displayed at the Block Gallery from September 11 – November 23, 2024. The exhibition showcases the work of local artists Derrick Davis, Yana Slutskaya, Leah Sobsey and huiyin zhou.
"Anything but Still" aims to expand the traditional concept of the ‘still-life’ beyond the simplistic definition of an arrangement of objects. Each of the artists included has a unique approach that demonstrates the vast possibilities of interpreting the documentation of objects within their photography practice.
