At our Summit III, we shared and discussed approaches to AI in our communities, the need and ways to approach training and workforce development for the “new AI” world, and we turned our attention to how we continue and expand our work in our communities and the Region.

With big thanks and presentations from Todd Lewis, Founder of All Things Open and Tom Snyder, Executive Director of RIoT we have been challenged to explore how we improve and expand our regional efforts and make the Connected Triangle+ the “smartest” region in the USA. We will explore opportunities to build upon recent and future loal investments in outdoor spaces to create tangible results and places for innovation.  There are other models and regions we can lean from and we will do that as we explore creating public outdoor innovation spaces and campuses across the Triangle+.

If you want to contribute your thoughts and leadership to our future challenge, please reach out and connect with John Holden at john.holden@raleighnc.gov.
