Water Bill May Reflect Recent Billing Delay

Late fees and disconnections are temporarily suspended

Are you seeing a larger-than-usual water bill? This may be due to a vendor shutdown that caused delays, resulting in paper bills covering up to two months of usage.

Raleigh Water has paused all disconnections and late fees. Payment plans are also available to make managing your bill easier.
