Macie is the Explorer of Big Ideas, more formally known as Raleigh’s Sr Service Designer. In this role, she applies methods behavioral science, design research, and public health systems to the Strategic Plan and service improvement projects aimed at enhancing service delivery for Raleigh residents.
Macie holds a master's in public health and a certificate in innovation from the University of North Carolina, and a BS and BA from the University of Georgia. Outside of work, you can find her at home with her pets, exploring Raleigh's coffee shops and speakeasies, and reading—or talking about how much she wants to read more—while sipping coffee with friends, book in lap.
