Heather is the Chief Inspiration Officer, more formally known as the Senior Manager - Strategy & Innovation. An award-winning social entrepreneur, Heather is passionate about cultivating the potential of others and working collaboratively to create impact. Never shy to ask What If…? Heather brings a curious and creative mindset to push the boundaries of public innovation.



She has developed leadership and innovation programs around the world and loves teaching innovation, leadership, and women & innovation. Outside of work she enjoys traveling, independent films, and Raleigh’s great restaurants.
