Each year the Raleigh-Wake 911 Call Center receives thousands of calls. View some key statistics from 2024.

911 Calls – 542,598
10-Digit Calls – 267,235
Outgoing Calls – 227,262
Public Safety Dispatch – 517,789

The ECC received 95 pieces of feedback which include 22 commendations and 73 complaints. The commendations and complaints are summarized below:

12 commendations (seven from residents, 15 from service agencies); and,
73 complaints (22 from residents, 51 from services agencies. Of those, 66 were found to be valid, seven were unfounded).
