We replaced the wall at the end of the concrete pipe on Saratoga Drive between Greywood Drive and Old Creek Court. The pipe on Saratoga Drive carries water from Beaman Lake to Marsh Creek.

Planning

The team is working on a solution to repair or replace the downstream endwall on the culvert that runs under Saratoga Drive between Greywood Drive and Old Creek Court. 

The planning for this project includes:

  • Survey work;
  • Utility coordination; and,
  • Structural assessments. 

The project team is considering wingwalls and protection measures to help reduce downstream channel erosion.

We completed construction of the Saratoga Drive headwall. This project reduces erosion in the channel and improves the stormwater infrastructure. The project is under a 1-year warranty period for repairs. View the images below of the completed project and during construction.
