Planning

The City has solicited proposals for a consultant to lead the Marsh Creek Greenway Planning and Feasibility study. The selected consultant will be announced in mid-April 2025.

The Planning and Feasibility study will begin in July 2025 and is estimated to be complete within 12 months. If funding allows, the second phase of the project will include the design and construction of the greenway trail and is estimated to be complete within the following 12-18 months.

Community engagement for this project will begin in early 2026.

The planning and feasibility portions of the project are funded with the 2022 Parks Bond.
