Zoning Enforcement

Zoning Enforcement is responsible for enforcement of the City of Raleigh Zoning Code designed to protect the health, safety, and welfare of Raleigh’s citizens. The function of Zoning Code Enforcement is to enforce the requirements of the City’s Zoning Ordinance as found in Part 10 Unified Development Ordinance of the Raleigh City Code.
