Raleigh Affordable Housing Summit Share Your Thoughts

Register for the Affordable Housing Summit Recap

The City of Raleigh held its first Affordable Housing Summit on Saturday, August 17, 2024, at the Raleigh Convention Center. We invite you to a special recap event as part of the Reflecting Raleigh Community Conversation series. You’ll have the chance to watch the keynote presentation from the Summit, share your thoughts, and help shape Raleigh’s future. 

This event is an opportunity to:

  • Learn about the connection between housing, homelessness, and affordability.
  • Explore ideas to expand housing affordability.
  • Share your input to help guide future City plans, including the next Comprehensive Plan.

Raleigh Affordable Housing Summit

On August 17, the City hosted an Affordable Housing Summit to share information about how affordable housing gets built, some of the challenges for providing affordable housing in Raleigh, and opportunities for innovative programs and policies to ensure that more people have access to safe, sustainable, and affordable places to live.
