This appointment is for picking up paper plans submitted to the Planning and Development Department.
If your project was submitted electronically, the approved plans are available for download to the person(s) listed as a project contact via the Permit and Development Portal.
Plans can be picked up from the Customer Service Center on the 4th floor of One Exchange Plaza. You can schedule your appointment during normal business hours by choosing from the available times and services.
- Fees for approved paper plans must be paid prior to pick up.
- An appointment may be canceled due to the availability of plans.
