Biltmore Hills Park

Green Stormwater Infrastructure Project

Several partners have united to address the issue by designing and installing green stormwater infrastructure (GSI) projects to reduce stormwater runoff from Biltmore Hills Park. Together this project will help reduce erosion, reduce Rochester Heights Creek’s flow, reduce pollution and stormwater flows that contribute to flooding. Get more details on the project.

Rentals

Biltmore Hills Community Center has a variety of indoor rooms available for rentals. Take a virtual tour of the community center. View detailed information below. Request your rental online using RecLink or by reaching out to the facility.

Gymnasium

• Taraflex sports flooring with high school, college, and professional 3 point lines; AC gym
• $80/hr with 300 capacity

Meeting Room #1

• Capacity: 45
• $40/hour

Meeting Room #2

• Capacity: 75
• $65/hour

Warming Kitchen

• Rented with other rooms
• Food may only be warmed, not made from scratch
• $25/hour

Courts

Outdoor Basketball Court

• Outdoor basketball court with four hoops on a concrete surface

Tennis Courts 

• There are eight tennis courts with push-button lighting from dusk until 10 p.m. There are also backboards.

The playground at Biltmore Hills park is for children ages two to 12. It has slides, swings, and climbing equipment on a wood-chip surface.

• First-come, first-served basis and non-reservable

Shelter 2

• Capacity: More than 100
• $20 an hour
• 13 tables

• Capacity: 36 to 60
• $12 an hour
• 8 tables
• One grill
• No electricity
