After School X-Press

The After School X-Press Program is being offered at select locations throughout the City of Raleigh following the Wake County Traditional and Year-Round school calendar. The program strives to make available a high-quality program at a low cost. Our goal is to include a variety of curriculum-based programs such as arts & crafts, fitness & nutrition, and homework assistance.

Overview

The After School X-Press program is for grades K-5. 

2025-2026 Program Cost

City resident: $1,760 per participant
Non-resident: $1,940 per participant

Register

Registration for the 2025-2026 school year begins Monday, April 14 at 6:30 a.m. online via RecLink.

Weather Policy

The program does not cover early dismissal due to inclement weather or other unexpected early releases or Saturday school makeups.

The After School Program is not offered when Wake County Schools are closed.
