Postcards from the Parks

Send a Postcard from Raleigh Parks this Summer

Raleigh Parks invites everyone to participate in a unique, feel-good experience this summer through its brand-new "Postcards from the Parks" campaign.

Visitors can pick up complimentary postcards from our marketing ambassadors at designated parks, write a personal message, and drop them in one of our special mailboxes on-site. Raleigh Parks will mail the postcards for free, helping park-goers share their adventures, favorite moments, or simply send a smile—all while spreading a little Raleigh park pride.

Postcards from the Parks is a creative way for people to engage with our spaces and share their love for Raleigh Parks. It’s more than a postcard—it’s a conversation starter, a memory, and a simple way to brighten someone’s day.

How to Participate:

  • Visit a participating Raleigh park
  • Grab a postcard from the Postcards from the Park display
  • Write a short message and address it to a friend or loved one
  • Drop it in the designated mailbox—we’ll take care of the postage and delivery!

To make the experience even more accessible, an electronic postcard option is also available. Choose a digital postcard template, create a message, and we will email it to your special someone. It’s a fun, modern twist on the classic postcard that lets you share your park visit on the go—no stamp required! Send an electronic postcard

Join the movement, share the joy, and show your park pride one postcard at a time.
