Peaceful Meditation Class and a Reflective Walk - April 24
Loving-Kindness meditation introduces the basics of meditation while cultivating compassion for yourself and others. Through journaling, reflection, and guided practice, you’ll send warmth to yourself, loved ones, difficult relationships, and all beings.
If the weather allows, it will take place outdoors at sunset and conclude with a community walk on the Kiwanis greenway.
