Register to Volunteer for the Big Sweep!
One of the program's oldest sites, Walnut Creek Wetland Park has been participating in the Wake County Big Sweep for decades. We rely on volunteer power to help keep our streets, park, and waterways clean! We can support over 100 volunteers for this event and all ages are welcome; bring your family, friends, youth group, or work colleagues! We often collect 2000+ pounds of garbage during this fun, satisfying event.
