Yoga in the Galleries

Yoga in the Galleries is a free program designed to welcome participants of all ages and yoga backgrounds.

Whether you're a seasoned practitioner or just starting out, this inclusive session provides a wonderful opportunity to unwind and reconnect with yourself in the peaceful ambiance of the museum. This is an ongoing program.

Bring your own mat, tools, and water.

Taught by Elizabeth Comtois, registered yoga teacher and founder of Embodied Yoga LLC.
