Lateral Police School
We are now looking for candidates for our June lateral police school. This program is designed for experienced officers and lasts four to 10 weeks, depending on your background. You can earn a $5,000 sign-on bonus!
In Raleigh, you’ll have the opportunity to work full-time in specialized units such as Motors, K-9, and SWAT.
With 114 full-time detective positions, Raleigh also offers outstanding opportunities to develop your career in specialized investigations.
Basic Recruit Academy
We are also recruiting candidates for our basic recruit academy that’s scheduled to start in September. This is a seven-month-long program geared for those without police experience. Both the lateral and the basic program pay you a full salary with benefits.
