Raleigh Parks is excited to announce that the City Council officially approved the Neuse River Park Master Plan during their Jan. 7, 2025 session!

Design

The 2022 Parks Bond Referendum provides funding for community engagement, master plan development, design, permitting, and construction for major public amenity improvements at the Neuse River Park.

Public Participation Process
