Development Stakeholders Quarterly Meeting

Every quarter, members of the development community meet with City of Raleigh staff from development-facing departments. This includes land attorneys, contractors, realtors, and designers. This meeting is an opportunity for staff who manage development, permitting, and text change processes to provide relevant updates to the development community.

Permit Pathways

Permit Pathways is a Planning and Development event held twice a year. It provides an opportunity to learn more about the technical steps involved in the development process and to better understand how projects move from plans to approval. Participants can engage with plan review staff, ask questions, and gain clearer insight into each stage of the process.
