About the RFP
The City of Raleigh is seeking proposals from qualified developers for attractive, sustainable energy-efficient rental housing on a City-owned lot located at 15 Summit Ave. This property will be made available through a long-term land lease. To be considered, proposals must set aside at least 20% of the total units within the development as affordable rental units to low-income households earning no more than 60% of the Area Median Income.
