About the RFP
The City is seeking proposals from experienced, qualified developers for the purchase or long-term lease of a vacant City-owned lot for the construction of for-sale or rental housing. The site, located at 4314 Poole Road, is approximately 2.54 acres. To be considered, proposals must include at least 20% of the total units within the development as affordable to households earning no greater than 60% of the Area Median Income.
