The City of Raleigh is providing engagement opportunities to collect feedback from the public regarding changes to the noise ordinance and a potential new nightclub permit. During the June 20 City Council Meeting, the City Attorney’s Office presented Council with proposed changes to the noise ordinance, repeal of the amplified entertainment permit ordinance, and enactment of the nightclub permit ordinance.
While these changes are under review by Council, staff is asking for public input.
