NOAA Weather Radio

Just like a smoke detector and a carbon monoxide detector, every home should be equipped with a NOAA Weather Alert Radio.  There are many different models of radios to choose from including the standard weather radio, clock radios, and even handheld portable radios for when you are out and about.  With the S.A.M.E. (Specific Area Message Encoding) technology, you can now rest easy that the radio will only alert you if the message is specifically for your programmed county.
