    Building Up-fit Grant: Level 1 Applications Open

    Add to Calendar 2024-04-05 23:59:59 2024-04-28 23:59:59 Building Up-fit Grant: Level 1 Applications Open The City of Raleigh's Building Up-fit Grant encourages growth and development by assisting small business owners who want to activate their vacant or underutilized commercial building space in Raleigh to create new business use and new jobs. The grant is a 1:1 match reimbursement by the tenant or property owner. This means that approved applicants must spend an amount on improvements, renovations, and/or additions at least equal (or more) to the amount of grant funds provided. The current application cycle is open from April 5 to April 28.  City of Raleigh America/New_York public

The program makes it possible for property owners and businesses to refurbish the exterior of existing buildings with a matching reimbursement up to $10,000. Brewgaloo is a 2 day festival featuring over 110 craft breweries from around NC and partnering with local food trucks, local vendors, and local bands to bring you North Carolina’s largest craft beer festival! The fun begins Friday night with a sampler event from 6-10 PM featuring limited releases, barrel aged, and sour beers. Friday’s kick-off party is the perfect start to the weekend and a great way to get a taste of Brewgaloo. Saturday’s street festival spans the length of Fayetteville Street and fills Downtown Raleigh from 12-8 PM with more than 110 NC craft breweries, local food trucks, and local vendors.
