The Raleigh Arts Partner Program (RAPP) Committee reviews applications to the Arts Grant Program, the official vehicle for municipal support to the City's arts organizations and makes funding recommendations to City Council each year. The program is supported currently by a $5 per capita allocation. The Committee also advises on capacity building and other support for Raleigh's nonprofit arts organizations.
