In July 2025, Artist Candy Carver will install an immersive multi-media, black light-activated artwork at Artspace that envelops the viewer in a warm hug of affirmations. It's a reminder that art can be fun and meaningful at the same time. Find Your Glimmer takes people inside the artist's heart and head and brings joy and sunshine.

Opening: Friday, July 11
Where: Artspace, 201 E Davie St, Raleigh, NC
Dates: July 11 - 24, 2025
Cost: The show is free and open to the public.

Saturday, July 12, 6-10 p.m. Find Your Glimmer Opening Night.

Art installation viewing and bring your own item free neon screen printing event with MacFly Fresh Printing Co.


Thursday, July 17, 6-8 p.m. Find Your Glimmer Artist Talk.

 Join as artist Candy Carver discusses the reasons for the exhibit and some of the processes used, while making neon art in real time.


Saturday, July 19, 7-10 p.m. Bring your own vinyl listening session.

Visitors are invited to bring vinyl records to share and enjoy a Vinyl record pop up with Remix Record Boutique 


Sunday, July 20,  6-9 p.m.  Live Jazz Jam with Harvey Cummings & Friends

Live music performance by North Carolina jazz musician Harvey Cummings and friends.


Friday, July 25, 6-10 p.m. (closing event ) You Are Glowing! A neon fashion night.

Patrons are encouraged to wear their neon or other glimmers. A make-and-take jewelry glimmer will be available as well.

SEEK Raleigh is an experimental public art program by Raleigh Arts that engages the community through public art in City of Raleigh Parks, greenways, and/or community spaces. The program provides an opportunity for artists to introduce the public to new, unusual, and thought-provoking experiences through temporary public art.
