Backpacking Method

Raleigh Stories project "Backpacking Method" is a multi-sensory, hands-on art exhibit. Artist Kulsum created customized backpacks containing artifacts that tell the history of Method Road for participants to unpack. The artist worked with neighbors to gather content and host events with community members. The project continues to bring together people from different backgrounds and life experiences who reside in the same neighborhood.

The exhibit is displayed at Method Community Park.
