Eligible Organizations Grant Amount Workshops Application Documents

Program Support 1 grants help support a wide variety of quality arts programming that takes place throughout the City of Raleigh. Successful applicants show how their projects are relevant to and supported by the Raleigh community as well. Funding may cover up to 50 percent of program expenses. Program Support 1 is designed to support new Raleigh Arts Commission Grant applicants and non-arts and cultural organizations.

Eligible Organizations

Nonprofit organizations headquartered in Raleigh with 501(c)3 tax-exempt status.

Grant Amount

$1,000 - $15,000

Workshops

Raleigh Arts hosts grant workshops every year to help nonprofit organizations with the application process. Workshop attendance is required for nonprofit organizations new to the Arts Grant Program and for grant writers completing this application for the first or second time.  To decide if a grant workshop is required for your organization, please read the complete grant workshop information located on the Raleigh Arts Commission Grants web page.
