Hargett St. (inside Raleigh Municipal Building) Before visiting, please review the Raleigh Municipal Building rules Cost: Free and open to the public Guided Conversation | Feb. 29, 5:30-7 p.m. In conjunction with honoring Black History Month, Block Gallery will host a public conversation led by Lamar Whidbee with the featured artists of the "It Ain't All Black and White" photography exhibition, offering an opportunity to center Black stories as we examine the emotions and the relationship to their ancestors, community, environment, and creative practice.
