Stormwater Design Plan Requirements

Plans must show the amount of stormwater runoff coming off a site after development will be the same or less than before development (Section 20).

There are requirements for new development in the Falls and Swift Creek Watershed Protection Overlay Districts (Section 24 and Section 25).

Get started on the Green Raleigh Review, which is a plan review process specifically for adding green stormwater infrastructure and energy efficient practices to a developed site.
