Nitrogen Export Load Watershed Protection

Submitting a design plan? You need to meet certain requirements when using green stormwater features.

Nitrogen Export Load

Plans must show the amount of stormwater runoff coming off a site after development will be the same or less than before development (Section 20).

Watershed Protection

There are requirements for new development in the Falls and Swift Creek Watershed Protection Overlay Districts (Section 24 and Section 25).
