Report a missed trash, recycling, or yard waste collection

Carts should be left at the curb from 6 a.m. – 5 p.m. on your collection day. 
If we did miss your collection, submit a request between 5 p.m. on your collection day and noon the following day. Please leave your bin at the curb until it is collected.

Fill out our Missed Collection Online Form (24 hours)

• Fill in your street address and phone number and hit “submit.” 
• A service request will automatically be generated to dispatch collection crews. 

NOTE: If you submit an online missed collection form, you do NOT need to call; this will create a duplicate Work Order.
