As the construction industry continues to evolve, we recognize the importance of keeping pace with current practices while remaining responsive to project complexity, market conditions, and risk profiles. For that reason, we want your input on our first project using an Alternative Project Delivery method.
We're having an Industry Day to provide an overview of the program we are considering, including its scope, schedule, and goals for the first project.
When: February 25, from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.
Where: Marsh Creek Community Center, 3050 N New Hope Road
The session will include a brief overview of our goals and the factors driving this initiative, followed by a discussion to gather feedback, lessons learned, and recommendations from industry professionals. Your input will play a key role in shaping how we move forward and in ensuring any changes align with industry standards and market realities.
