Pay Your Overdue Parking Tickets

Before you can begin the reapplication process, you must pay any overdue parking tickets with the City of Raleigh. You can pay them here:
Here's how to pay your tickets.

Reapply for Residential Parking Permit

Residential Parking Permits are issued on a calendar year basis and expire at midnight on December 31.

Current permit holders must reapply for and purchase permits each year if you choose to remain in the program. You can begin the reapplication process by visiting the Raleigh Parking Permit Portal.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but this annual process ensures that only current residents are eligible to park in the residential permit zones and eliminates the potential for oversaturation by non-eligible parkers.

New License Plate

If you purchase a new vehicle or change license plates during the calendar year, you can update your information by visiting the Raleigh Parking Permit Portal.
