Report a Missed Collection

There are two ways to report a missed garbage, recycling, or yard waste collection.

By Phone: Call the Customer Support Center

(Mon., Wed. and Fri. between 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. and Thurs. 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.)
 

Online: Fill out our Missed Collection Online Form 

Simply fill in your street address and phone number and hit “submit.” A service request will automatically be generated to dispatch collection crews. PLEASE NOTE: If you are submitting a service request online, you do NOT need to call, as this will create a duplicate Work Order.

Service requests received after 2 p.m. will be serviced the next business day.
Carts should be left at the curb from 7 a.m. – 5 p.m. Carts that have not been collected within two business days, should be reported to Customer Care at 919-996-3245.
