The ECC received 50 feedbacks which include 12 commendations and 38 complaints.
The commendations and complaints are summarized below:
- 12 commendations (seven from residents, five from service agencies); and,
- 38 complaints (11 from residents, 27 from services agencies. Of those, 33 were found to be valid, 5 were unfounded).
