What Are NOAA Weather Radios?

NOAA weather radios are essential during severe weather because they deliver continuous updates from the National Weather Service. These devices offer prompt alerts, helping residents remain informed and ready, even when the power goes out.

The NOAA weather radio initiative highlights the City’s dedication to building a strong and prepared community. By offering access to these devices, the City aims to enable residents to protect themselves during emergencies.
