The holiday season is upon us, and the Raleigh Police Department—alongside Raleigh Parks—is inviting families to celebrate the magic of the season at A Night with Santa.
This fun-filled community event brings together families for an evening of holiday joy, complete with pictures with Santa, craft activities, and plenty of festive cheer.
Event Details
- Tuesday, Dec. 2 | 5:30–8 p.m. | Greystone Recreation Center
- Thursday, Dec. 11 | 5:30–8 p.m. | Lions Park Community Center
Both evenings promise a cozy, family-friendly atmosphere where children can meet Santa, create seasonal crafts, and enjoy an evening of togetherness with the community.
Major Eric Goodwin, with the Raleigh Police Department’s Community IMPACT and Engagement Division, shared, “Events like this allow us to connect with our community in a positive, joyful way. Seeing families smiling, kids laughing, and everyone celebrating together really makes the season special.”
The event is free and open to the public, but registration is encouraged to ensure everyone has a chance to enjoy the activities.
