These historic spaces are havens of resilience, activism, and cultural identity. They are also physical reminders of that legacy to their communities. This work session will provide more details about the National Trust for Historic Preservation's Preserving Black Churches grant and walk through creating an account for the grant application system. The information we'll be sharing is aimed at church leadership and decision makers. Please plan to bring a laptop to the event to create a grant portal account. One person can register on behalf of all members attending from the same church. Registration is required to ensure we provide accurate estimates to our caterer. Event registration will close at 5 p.m. on Thursday, May 22. If you have dietary restrictions, or need language services, please let us know via the registration form. 402 W Edenton St., Raleigh, NC 27603 City of Raleigh Historic Preservation919-996-4478historicpreservation@raleighnc.gov America/New_York public
